Personal Performance Support

Many business leaders employ their own personal business coaches to help them obtain greater Results, Profit and Success. Having someone support you from a third party perspective can be extremely helpful. That is why sports stars have employed them for many years.

Ask Lewis Hamilton (though not one of our clients...yet anyway) if he has found coaching useful?

Results include promotions, improved work/life balance, reduced work conflict, greater and faster delivery of results. Sometimes friends and colleagues wonder who the new, energized person is!

It is not unusual for the return on investment to be very clear to others within only a few weeks. We have had clients land the elusive £1m contract within only a few weeks of working with us.

You want to work with someone who can help you understand yourself better and step up to a higher level of performance *
It would help if the coach had significant business acumen *

The approach adopted is

1. A free consultation to ensure a good fit between coach and coachee. We do turn clients down if we are not convinced that they are up for the challenge.

2. A proposal which is sense checked with the coachee first before going to the coaching sponsor. This details the coaching objectives and recommendations on topics to be covered, profiles to be used, numbers of sessions required (usually 6 to 12), frequency (every 2 to 4 weeks). Fees are usually agreed separately with the sponsor.

3. Coaching reports
- these are produced after every coaching session and issued to the coachee and if agreed sponsor. These identify clear actions agreed.

4. Progress discussions with the sponsor - we usually have top line discussions while maintaining confidentiality in sensitive areas as agreed with the coachee. Sometimes these sessions also include the sponsor if requested.

There are many coaches in the market place. However, our point of difference is that we bring lots of cross functional results focused commercial experience as well as very advanced coaching and mentoring techniques. We currently coach senior players within a number of major organisations. Below is a video testimonial from Stephen Gould.
