Cultural Workshops and Transformational Programmes

Aligned Culture, Premium Performance

Are your people aligned with your company values? Is everyone working together, including internal teams and suppliers in such a way that decisions are made fast with actions turning quickly into great results? Are your people aligned, passionate and clear of your goals and like geese in formation, covering great distance quickly and efficiently? If so, well done you may already be benefiting from up to a 300% performance premium. However, if you are like most organizations, great untapped opportunities and blindspots may exist.

We can:

1. Help raise your cultural awareness through on-site workshops.

These can be half or full day, highly interactive on-site at your premises. For more information call us on the number below.

2. Provide an independent resource to help you understand and adapt your culture.

If you are facing challenges in your organization it is a good time to look at culture. Changing culture can make people nervous. To be prepared to shift their thinking and behaviour there should be a good reason for doing so. This will involve, getting their attention, engaging them and giving them the space to adjust.

Where appropriate we can apply leading edge diagnostic tools for the measurement of culture and bring the methodology to turn this valuable information into strategy and plans that deliver results.

Valuesplots

However, be aware, organizational transformation starts with the leaders so you must be open to do what is necessary to achieve the results you are seeking. This can be challenging. If you are the leader of a young company your values and beliefs will define the culture of the organization. Where organizations are more mature, various subcultures can develop and things can get more complex.

However, your culture can really define your competitive advantage so it is always worthwhile reviewing the blind spots. Your culture has a direct relation to your ability to attract and keep talented people, to sustain high performance and build resiliance and adaptability.

The methology behind a full process involves a number of key stages. This will include:

1. The DISCOVERY phase including values survey and business assessment in conjunction with the leadership team. This will lead to a DIAGNOSIS of route issues and opportunities.

2. The DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT phase involves developing the plan of action and solutions required to make the desired transformation over agreed timescales.

3. The DEPLOYMENT phase includes finding the resources to deliver the required initiatives. This may be working with your existing teams or even finding new resources to implement them.

4. The MEASUREMENT phase involves measuring the results over the life of the project. If you can't measure it how do you know the benefit has been delivered.

Chris blends a refined commercial intellect and rigour with a deep understanding of people management, process and organisational culture. A rare skill. He delivers added value because of this ability to see the bigger picture. Stephen Gould, Managing Director, Everards Brewery.
