Our Cultural Transformation Programmes

Today it is becoming increasingly clear that the old norms of doing business are changing. Those truly successful businesses react quickly, are genuinely concerned for the environment, treat their people and communities with great respect and consider the common good. And for those companies that fall down in these areas this information can be communicated around the world in seconds via the internet.

Research has shown that highly adaptive cultures outperform rigid structures by an enormous margin. One study be Harvard Business Review looking at 10 companies in each f 20 sectors recorded massive differences. Profit performance for example was quoted as 750 times higher than those with weak/rigid cultures.

Another study in 2008 identified that those companies where less than 10% of their culture was defined as dysfunctional increased revenue on average by 33% over 3 years. Those with more than 20% only increased revenue by 11% on average. Dysfunctional includes blame, internal competition, manipulation eg paying minimal wages.

With consumer buying decisions increasingly influenced by company values, ensuring your values are aligned to societys highest expectations is essential to performance. And when your values also reflect the purpose and identity of your employees, there will be no workplace that they would rather be.

Do you want to:

Attract and keep talented people?
Increase profits and shareholder value?
Raise creativity and productivity?
Ensure ethics permeate the corporate culture.

If so CC1 can help. Where appropriate to apply we are also certified to use the latest diagnostic tools to assess values and help you determine the ideal culture to deliver the results you require. Also we help you during implementation of the findings.

However, the key is that we act as a trusted advisor and will base our recommendations on what is best for you and your budget.

We also help raise internal cultural awareness through a half day or full day cultural awareness programme.
