Ross Brawn - Great Leadership

I was facilitating a tele-seminar on Tuesday around the book
'Think and Grow Rich' by Napolean Hill (see www.bemoreachievemore
for more information) when one of the delegates Pete Ashley
mentioned Ross Brawn.
What a great example of Leadership and what a difference a year
can make. Just over 12 months ago Ross was laying off 200 people
from the Honda Team. Jenson Button was looking for someone to drive
for. On Sunday Brawn GP sealed both the drivers and manufacturers
championship. Ross's first thought and thanks were for those
people who he had to sadly make redundant.
Thanks for the example Pete and well done Brawn. What an
inspirational example.
